About the event
Service Doesn't Stop
Our service doesn’t stop just because we are veterans. In fact, our service to democracy might be as important as veterans as it was when we were in uniform.
Join us for an in-person event in Phoenix, AZ, where Arizona veterans, local organizations, and national partners dedicated to protecting our democracy in 2024 and beyond will focus on what we can do in our communities.
This event is free and open to the public.
Veterans Stand for Democracy: Arizona will include four exciting panels centered around partner organizations' expertise and veteran interests, including:
- Concerning trends in our community and country
- Mis-, dis-, & malinformation
- Election administration & protection
- Veterans and military families’ role in ensuring free and fair elections
