About the event
The dysfunction of the American political system, and the polarization it foments and reinforces, is arguably the greatest threat to our country today. The current two-party duopoly and the primary election systems have been in place, without real innovation, since the 1910’s. And yet, in this country of entrepreneurs and innovators, a movement to bring innovation, fresh competition, and system reforms is afoot.
Join us for a conversation about national reforms being implemented from Alaska to Wisconsin to Maine to ending partisan primaries, bringing more independent voters to participate in elections, and illuminating a path towards reinvigorated competition, different incentives for politicians, and an upending and healing of the polarization crisis as we know it.
